Join the dynamic team at Northrop Grumman's Defense Systems sector as a Senior Sustainment Program Manager in the, Northridge, CA. As part of the Advanced Weapons Business Unit (AWBU), you'll spearhead pioneering capability enhancements to the Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile (AARGM) franchise program.
We're seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the execution of sustainment and legacy product contracts, stand up a new missile-to-aircraft sustainment capability for domestic and international customers, develop a sustainment roadmap strategy for upgrades and obsolescence for an ACAT-1 level program. Your mission? Develop an enduring sustainment operational model with corresponding action plans and implementation strategies coordinated across all customer stakeholders.
As the Sustainment Program Manager, you'll galvanize cross-functional teams towards common program performance goals, guiding them through every phase of the program life cycle, from inception (proposal development) to execution and contract closeout. Salary Range: $187,000.00 - $280,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
