What you'll do

As Model Risk Capabilities Manager, you’ll be providing key input to the design and implementation of model risk framework elements specifically in relation to the ethical use of AI systems which are compliant with regulatory and bank requirements.

You’ll also be:

• Helping to manage model risk across the bank through effective policies, standards, procedures and system design including the review of ethical AI impact assessments
• Acting as a point of contact for queries relating to policies and procedures across model risk relating to the ethical use of AI and data
• Helping to administer model risk governance in an efficient and effective manner
• Developing and leading educational materials and training on ethical AI for both internal & external audiences

The skills you'll need

To make an impact in your role, you’ll ideally have experience working in risk management or model development, Responsible AI, or risk management, while governance or business analysis experience will also be advantageous. Most important is a growth mindset with the desire to learn about this relatively new and fast changing field.
