Your Role

The primary objective of the Customer Retention Specialist is to initiate, own and close renewal sales opportunities through engaging with strategic end-user accounts and authorized HP partners within a defined region.

You will be working within a close team environment, where you will be responsible for effectively managing HP’s end-to-end renewal business, from partner and account management through to order placement.

The role requires active cooperation with multiple departments within the organization. Relationship building, strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt new skills are essential.

Role Responsibilities

Becoming part of a dynamic sales team ensures that each day presents new opportunities and challenges.

This position's main responsibilities include:

· Developing a comprehensive understanding of the service portfolio to successfully respond to customer and partner requests.

· Performing against a financial quarterly target for the assigned territory.

· Generating and driving the sales pipeline utilizing various CRM tools.

· Managing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

· Establishing a trust relationship with HP partners and strategic end customers.

· Understanding individual customer requirements to successfully drive deal proposals while working alongside the available Enablement resources.

· Analyzing reporting of lapsed, current, and future renewal opportunities.

· Providing accurate weekly forecasting and visibility into sales activity.

· Engaging with HP Partner and End Customer Account Managers

Role Qualifications

· Four-year college degree or 4-6 years of related experience (e.g. renewal sales, inside sales account management, pipeline management, technology sales).

· Demonstrable track record of sales success with strong selling capabilities, and an ability to process and retain large amounts of information.

· Fluent in English- verbally and written at business level – Required
