The Red Hat Latin America (LATAM) team is seeking a Senior Account Solutions Architect to join our office in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you will lead new business efforts with several of the region’s top telecommunications service providers. You will help our team design solutions and deliver compelling recommendations, guiding our customers as they adopt Red Hat’s innovative open source technologies.
To succeed in this position, you will need a strong passion for open source, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to identify and design enterprise-level solutions. As a Senior Account Solutions Architect, you will specialize in architecting Red Hat’s open source technologies across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
What you will do:
Educate customers on the capabilities of the Red Hat solutions portfolio and conduct live demonstrations
Build trust-based relationships across all levels of the customer organization, from engineers to executives.
Identify and qualify opportunities;
Sell the value of Red Hat’s solutions
Manage and carry out complex proofs of concept
Architect complex solutions that will achieve customer requirements
Gain deep understanding of customer environments and use cases and be the advocate for customer priorities with the Business team
Provide overall technical account management
What you will bring:
5+ years of experience working as a sales engineer, solutions architect, or in an equivalent role with a large enterprise account.
Telco and network experience, including an understanding of key network functions virtualization (NFV) concepts.
Extensive knowledge of and experience with emerging technology in areas where Red Hat competes, including hybrid cloud, DevOps, microservices, cloud platforms, container platform and virtualization.
