Are you ready to play a vital role in ensuring the effective design and implementation of work management? If so, we are currently looking for a Work Management Data & Metrics Specialist who will be responsible for finding solutions to work management data related problems and methods, procedures, and tools utilized by Liquids Pipelines (LP) Operations teams during all phases of work management to safely carry out field maintenance on LP assets.

What You Will Do:

  • Leads development and execution of LP Field Work Management processes for all phases of work management (Identify, Plan, Schedule, Execute, Close, Analyze). This includes a specific focus on work management processes related to equipment maintenance data.
  • Leads management of change and Implements Maximo data changes deemed to be within LP discretion (current DR in progress with TIS/GTM/EWM).
  • Drives continuous data improvement in preparation of new Maximo releases.
  • Ensures Maximo data is ready to meet future business demands.
  • Provides data centric perspective on new enhancements and/or projects.
  • Provides front line support for Maximo process and technical issues.
  • Leads the resolution of work management data issues and gaps that affect performance.
  • Represents LP in key meetings for data enrichment and stewardship and technical discussions.

Who You Are:

  • Related university degree and six‐plus years’ experience OR eight‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
  • Solid understanding in development and implementation of new processes.
  • Experience, knowledge and understanding of work management philosophies and practices.
  • Experience writing queries using SQL.
  • Experience and knowledge of work management functions.
  • Knowledge of how enterprise resource planning technologies relate to the business and good understanding of current technologies used in the enterprise.
  • Use critical and strategic thinking to resolve analytical and technical problems.
  • Effectively communicate and present both technical and non-technical information to stakeholders.
  • Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (Maximo or other) is considered an asset.

Working Conditions:

  • Office based.
  • Moderate travel across North America to Enbridge office locations in Canada and the United States.

Physical Requirements (Office) include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 45 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
