Position Summary
We are looking for a new Digital Marketing & PR Coordinator to join our Marketing team for Air Conditioning!
Role and Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
- Agency briefing and coordination
- Website & Digital Journey - collaborate with Central Team to localize web contents and digital components to execute local digital journey, respecting global guidance and local strategy for a relevant, consistent and innovative output. Localization of web content, create local content, mainainance and improvements, Installer Locator – manage with partners
- Digital Performance - ability to use analytics to develop and optimize engagement and drive business growth and channel expansion
- Social media - planning, production and execution; collaboration with Samsung Electronics Adriatic digital team in order to align product launch campaigns
- Search advertisement and search optimization -check the search keywords for each product and track data to increase ROI (Return on Investment) by regularly monitoring search advertisements
- CRM – internal & external news lettering; actions for increasing the base; localization of newsletters & creating local relevant content; participate and preparing content for local sub’s newsletter
- Report and Analysis - Prepare reports, analysis and comparison of historical campaign results. Identify improvements – build and analyze relevant reports and use the insight to improve strategy/process/value proposition going forward; cooperation with SEACE marketing team & local media agency
- Customer Service web site – customer service web site development and maintaince, cooperation with Samsung Electronics Adriatic team
- Loyalty program - support and execute the loyalty program to sustain Customer value proposition; cooperation with central marketing team
- Press release - creating, coordinating PR activities for Adriatic region in association with PR agency and Central Team
- Partners’ marketing - Supervison & monitoring of partner’s and subpartners’ web sites & social media; support partners in their web sites development and content (Samsung materials) as well support partners in their PR activities
- Market analysis and competitor movements (digital, PR)
- Others – support marketing team in creating catalogues, leaflets and other visuals (graphic design and marketing assets localization), internal processes and other administration procedures
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum university degree (preferred marketing and communication, but it’s not condition)
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Experience in creation and execution of marketing plans and budgeting
- Bilingual (Croatian and English) –Advanced knowledge of English in communication and writing
- Good knowledge of IT system (MS Office)
- Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
- Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
- Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
- Strong project management and managerial skills
- Strategic marketing planning and budgeting
