Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for configuring services running on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas. Your role will involve L1 and L2 troubleshooting and providing hardware/software support. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the configuration and maintenance of network infrastructures. - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. - Implement technology at the operating system-level across server and network areas. - Provide L1 and L2 troubleshooting support. - Assist in the installation and configuration of software solutions. - Monitor and maintain system performance and security. - Document technical procedures and guidelines. - Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of new technologies. - Provide training and support to end-users. - Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Security Operations. - Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies. - Experience in configuring and troubleshooting network devices. - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. - Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools. - Ability to analyze and resolve network performance issues. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
