Job Description:

As the Digital Product Director, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales funnel and enhancing the overall customer journey. Your mission will be to improve conversion rates, simplify the purchasing process, and increase the attachment rates of ancillary products. You will work closely with designers and engineers to boost commercial performance and develop the next generation of our buying experience, ensuring it remains both commercially viable and user-centric.

What you will do to contribute to the company's success:

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a forward-looking digital product strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and drives market leadership.
  • Conversion Optimization: Analyze the current sales funnel, identify bottlenecks, and implement innovative strategies to increase conversion rates. Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with designers to create a seamless and intuitive online buying experience. Ensure that the design and functionality meet customer needs and drive engagement.
  • Product Attachment: Formulate and execute strategies to enhance the attachment rates of ancillary products. Clearly communicate the value of additional services and products during the buying process.
  • A/B Testing: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the impact of changes and new features on conversion and customer satisfaction. Leverage results to drive continuous improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering teams to ensure the timely and high-quality implementation of product enhancements. Work closely with marketing to align promotional strategies and messaging.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Employ user-centric approaches to prioritize and address customer needs.
  • Proactive Innovation: Identify opportunities for improvement and take swift, decisive action to implement changes. Demonstrate a proactive, hands-on approach to driving results.

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on e-commerce or digital buying experiences.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of improving conversion rates and enhancing user experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • User-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer behavior and needs.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with a bias for action and a passion for continuous improvement.
