Primary Responsibilities
Directly Manage the site Materials team.
Oversee production schedule for the manufacturing process in alignment with Plant manager & business strategies. Resolve scheduling conflicts and manage unforeseen delays.
Hold the operations team accountable for Standard WIP levels, Parts Per day budget Attainment and COGS output targets for all Production value streams.
Accountable for site total Inventory (including WIP) and delivery of inventory turns improvements.
Manage Customer On-time Delivery and Customer / Region escalations as required.
Accountable for Customs clearance and temporary Import/export agreements with the local government
Review and drive problem solving and corrective actions relating to Budget Attainment within Production team and Subcontracting suppliers.
Develop SIOP Supply plan for the site to support the Supply planning and Capacity growth projects.
Holding the Materials team Accountable for using the defined ERP processes and standards
Drive/Lead Global standards in Materials processes, by sharing best practices.
Maximizing the material availability and driving Clear to build % improvement
Accountable for the Safety of staff within the Warehouse and material presentation processes
Support financial BP and planning processes with accurate analysis of volume and Pacing.
Support any ad-hoc analysis based on management needs.
Active participation in mandatory EHS trainings and events.
Active participant in the daily GENBA walks, highlighting any concerns or constraints driving a problem-solving culture. Use Leader standard work to make sure all Standard works are met.

Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing or planning.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and problem solve with internal and external customers at multiple levels within the organization.
Demonstrated understanding of lean concepts.
Relevant experience in ERP system, strong SAP knowledge.
Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer-literate and competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Desired Characteristics
Experience in gas turbine components and power plants.
Detail and standard process oriented.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
CPIM or PMP certifications
