A Brief Overview:
The Departmental Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, data, and workflows. This role involves collaborating with departmental leaders, gathering and analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to enhance operational efficiency, patient care, and overall departmental performance.

What you will do:

  •  Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to departmental operations, performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Preparing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to present insights to departmental leaders.
  • Working closely with departmental stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement.
  • Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of departmental data, including patient records, billing information, and other relevant data sources.
  • Implementing data quality standards and maintain data integrity.
  • Leading or participating in departmental projects focused on improving workflow, reducing costs, and enhancing patient care.
  • Defining project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Providing insights, data, and recommendations to support departmental leaders in making informed strategic decisions.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of departmental strategies and objectives.
  • Developing training materials and provide guidance to departmental staff regarding new processes and systems.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and changes.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Generating and submitting required departmental reports, as needed.

What you will need:

  • Bachelors Degree Human Resources Management Required Or
  • Bachelors Degree Business Administration/Management Required
