About the Role

The Lead Client Account Manager is responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships with key retail advertisers in the Greater China region, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client success on the Pinterest platform. • Develop and execute strategic account plans for major Greater China Travel advertisers, aligned with their business objectives and marketing goals. Proactively identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
  • Proactively cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key client decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their unique needs and provide expert guidance and support.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective account management, upselling, and cross-selling. Meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve client ROI. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Engineering, Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, and Performance Solutions, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Mentor and guide other account managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Share best practices and provide ongoing support.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and the evolving digital advertising landscape, particularly within the Greater China Travel sector.

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+years of experience in digital advertising sales, managing high-value relationships, driving strategic learning agendas, and leading client communication.
  • Experience working with Greater China Export advertisers.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience managing projects that involve multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented, ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • A collaborative team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • A solid technical foundation and relevant experience in Search/Shopping/App/Social advertising technologies.
  • Fluency in both business Mandarin and English.
  • Experience working with Travel advertisers.
  • Comfortable with 30% of business travel for this position.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

Relocation Statement:

  • This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Visit our PinFlex page to learn more about our working model.

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • As such, this role will need to be in the office or in front of our customers for in-person collaboration, typically 2 days per week, and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance to our Singapore City based office.
