Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Junior IT Support (Saudi National) to join our team!

In this role, you will be part of our dynamic IT team, providing technical assistance, system maintenance, and network support to ensure smooth operations across our organization. You will work closely with senior IT staff and other departments to address technical needs and contribute to the success of ongoing and future IT projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Respond to and resolve IT support requests from employees or clients.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

• Provide guidance to users on basic IT-related queries.

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.

• Perform routine system updates, backups, and performance monitoring.

• Support the setup and maintenance of local area networks (LANs) and wireless networks.

• Assist in troubleshooting connectivity issues and ensuring network security protocols are followed.

• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.

• Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.

• Provide regular updates to senior IT staff on ongoing tasks.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address technical needs.

• Assist in implementing new IT projects or system upgrades.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• 2 years of experince

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).

• Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addresses, DNS, routers, etc.).

• Knowledge of common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles.

• CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar entry-level IT certifications.

• Experience with documentation and reporting tools.
