Responsibility Level:

The position plays a critical role in driving profitable growth within APAC Aftermarket. This position focuses on developing and executing strategies across pricing, promotions, product portfolio, and channel optimization to maximize revenue and margin.

Typical Duties:

  • Pricing Strategy Development
  • Define and optimize pricing policies
  • Conduct competitive pricing analysis and recommend market positioning strategies.
  • Revenue & Margin Analysis
  • Analyze sales data, cost structures, and margins to identify improvement opportunities
  • Track and report performance against KPIs
  • Promotion & Incentive Management
  • Design various customer programs (incentives, promotions, and price discount)
  • Measure ROI of promotional activities and propose enhancements
  • Product Portfolio Optimization
  • Assess profitability of the product line-up
  • Strengthen strategies for high-margin models
  • Channel Strategy & Colla
  • Differentiate pricing and promotions across online and offline channels
  • Collaborate with POS networks to implement profitable sales strategies
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and price sensitivity
  • Utilize BI tools to support strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, Engineering, or related curriculum
  • 3~5 years’ experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Sales Planning (in auto parts industry is preferred).
  • Knowledge of statistics and keen on data mining and insight extraction
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to cross-functional & global stakeholders
  • Good communication skills with B2B and B2C customers
  • Good language and presentation skills
  • Advanced level of data processing competency. Well mastery of computer skills including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Regression analysis, etc.
  • Ability to build a collaborative environment
  • Flexible working hours are required
  • Comfortable in a multi-tasking and multi-time zones working environment
