Job Description:

Provides evaluation, direction, and application of licensed nursing services to carry out the plan of care and treatment primarily in the homes of clients under the direction/supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse, and within the realm of accepted standards of practice for a Licensed Practical Nurse.Education: ▪ Required: Graduate of an approved License Practical Nursing program Experience: ▪ Required: Minimum of six (6) months work as practical/vocational nurse within the last three (3) years in a hospital, nursing home or home care setting. Skills: ▪ Ability to demonstrate good nursing judgment with minimal supervision. ▪ Ability to deal effectively and courteously with clients, families, coworkers, and/or physicians, while maintaining and exhibiting an empathetic attitude toward the sick and elderly. Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ Required: MO LPN License ▪ Required: Required: Successful completion of competency testing ▪ Required: Active Driver's License
