Job Description

Functional Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Manage pipeline of sales opportunities.

  • Acquire new client and achieve revenue targets from IO & programmatic accounts.

  • Ability to create client proposals, including strategy and commercials.

  • Build multi-stakeholder relationships with existing and new accounts.

  • Retain, nurture and grow the accounts onboarded.

  • Establish revenue and relationships with agency & DSP partners.

  • Collaborate with a variety of internal business stakeholders to ensure buy-in and revenue growth.

  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy and effectively manage relationships and product/ tech related discussions with the various internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with ad ops team to respond to and deliver on the client briefs.

  • Work with data sciences team to generate insights and analytics for advertisers.

Qualification :

  • 5-8 years of experience in digital advertising in a sales/ BD role on programmatic/ad tech background.

  • Strong Sales Experience & proven versatility in problem solving with extensive contacts across the industry in DSP/ ATD, Ad-Tech &/ or Advertisers.

  • Exceptional analytical skills, high level of comfort with data and a creative approach to problem solving, with the ability to distill key business insights from data.

  • Excellent communication & analytical mindset with a strong understanding of the digital ad marketplace.

  • Prior client facing experience while owning revenue management for a product/ business line/ account/ geography.

  • Ability to work across different global cultures and in a matrix style environment.

  • Basic to medium proficiency in the ad-tech ecosystem of ad exchanges/ networks, DSPs, 1st and 3rd party audience targeting and technology, online measurement, ad-operations , delivery and measurement platforms.

  • Intermediate/ Advanced knowledge of MS Excel skills/ PowerPoint

Contract duration : 6 months
