Flagship is seeking a trailblazing and strategic leader for the position of Vice President/Sales Enablement and Marketing Strategy. This role is instrumental in driving our growth by establishing robust sales processes, leading the marketing department, and ensuring seamless alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and marketing leadership, with deep expertise in utilizing and optimizing marketing and sales technology, such as Sales Force, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Pardot, etc.

Job Description
Essential Functions
- Marketing Leadership: Direct the Marketing and Bid teams to develop and execute strategies that effectively support sales objectives and enhance brand positioning.
- Strategic Sales Process Development: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of scalable sales processes that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Sales and Marketing Integration: Ensure strong collaboration and alignment between Sales and Marketing teams to optimize campaign effectiveness and messaging consistency.
- Technology Optimization: Oversee and enhance the use of our marketing technology platforms, ensuring these tools are fully leveraged to support Sales and Marketing activities.
- Inside Sales Management: Refine the Inside Sales team, providing oversight and the tools, training, and guidance needed to achieve their targets.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize analytics to monitor performance, refine strategies, and respond proactively to market changes.
- Bid Strategy Leadership: Guide the bid team in developing high-quality proposals that are competitive and aligned with Marketing and Sales strategies.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Finance, and other departments to integrate sales and marketing strategies with company’s business goals.
Knowledge and Skills
- B2B Sales and Marketing Management, with a strong preference for experience in the facility services industry.
- Leading and developing high-performing Sales and Marketing teams
- Extensive hands-on experience with platforms such as Sales Force, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo is essential.
- Demonstrated success and proven ability to develop and execute innovative Sales and Marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making to guide strategy and tactics.
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with precision and attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing market conditions.
Education and Work Experience
- B.A. in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field required; M.B.A. preferred
- Minimum 10 yrs of B2B Sales and Marketing management experience with a strong focus on aligning Sales and Marketing efforts, preferably within facility services or a related industry.
- Minimum 5 yrs in a Senior Leadership role (Director or above), overseeing Sales Enablement and Marketing Strategy, with a proven track record of successful team leadership and development, including bid and proposal team and asset development.
- Extensive experience (5+ yrs) in sales process development and optimization, including designing and implementing scalable sales processes that have demonstrably improved sales performance and efficiency.
- Minimum of 5 years working with marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Force, Pardot, etc., including the selection, implementation, and optimization of these tools to support sales and marketing functions.
- Minimum of 5 yrs in bid management and proposal development, ideally within the facility services industry, ensuring proposals are competitive and aligned with strategic sales initiatives.
