As a UX Designer focused on MobilityWare’s Bubble Shooter Pop!, Solitaire Match 3, and other IAP games you’ll create user-focused solutions to enable our customers to interact with and more fully enjoy our features. You’ll create interaction models, prototypes and user flows to improve existing features and maximize new features. Reporting to the Design Director and working as part of the design team, you’ll be a key voice for our player centric approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Use your UX knowledge alongside qualitative and quantitative player feedback to make our games better
  • Collaboratively work with game designers to develop new features and ensure that the features are focused on delivering the best possible player experience
  • Create wireframes, models, prototypes, and flows that clearly convey player interactions
  • Present concepts and designs to stakeholders to get their feedback and buy-in
  • Work with engineers, designers, artists & UI artists to implement your designs
  • Share the latest UX design practices with other designers on the team, and as requested, across the company

Qualifications for Position:

  • 4+ years of professional experience working as a UX Designer on F2P Mobile games
  • Demonstrable experience creating player-focused UX design in successful shipped mobile games
  • Deep understanding of mobile game systems and app functionality
  • Deep understanding of player needs and how to meet them
  • Able to clearly communicate and convey complex ideas using wireframes, user flow, prototypes, interactive models and design specification sheets
  • Growth mindset that embraces continuous learning
  • Positive attitude with a desire to be a driving force of a friendly, upbeat, and supportive development environment

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing compensation for this role.  The range listed is just one component of MobilityWare’ s total compensation package for employees, which may also include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands. This range is based on a full-time position. This range may be modified in the future. The annual base salary pay range for this role is $80,000-$110,000.
