Redaptive is seeking a Business & Systems Expert to drive operational excellence through strategic process optimization, project management, and automation initiatives, all while leading and mentoring teams to deliver impactful results across the organization. Working closely with the Business & Systems Analysis Lead, you'll combine coaching and direct leadership to develop team members and manage performance. You will spearhead cross-functional projects and collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in achieving organizational goals.
