Role:

As an Manager in Supply Chain Data Foundations (Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Modelling, Data Engineering, Data Architecture and Visualization), you will play a pivotal role in enabling our clients to build and scale robust data foundations that drive supply chain optimization. You will be part of the growing team leading innovative projects and work directly with clients to transform their supply chain operations through data-driven insights and cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of supply chain data foundation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices
  • Identify and address clients’ supply chain data needs and challenges
  • Oversee the design and implementation of scalable data architectures to support supply chain needs
  • Develop and manage data pipelines, ensure data quality, and integrate diverse data sources to provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate and lead multidisciplinary teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and supply chain domain experts
  • Define and structure project activity and best approaches, leveraging a detailed understanding of client’s problem statements and their specific business requirements
  • Mentor and support junior team members on supply chain data foundations and best practices
  • Drive the development of tools, frameworks, and assets to accelerate delivery and value creation
  • Support the management team on client proposals and other sales activities
  • Ensure effective collaboration with offshore development teams and provide guidance to ensure quality deliverables

Skills you will need:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Data Foundations (Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Modelling, Data Engineering, Data Architecture, and Visualization), especially in Supply Chain
  • Advanced understanding of building and managing data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning
  • Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques
  • Extensive hands-on experience with coding and visualization technologies and tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Proven track record in delivering data-driven projects in a consulting or corporate environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Comprehensive familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems
  • Master’s degree in mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
