Mission

1. Integrate and ensure the integration of the MES into the plant’s equipment.
2. Ensure production traceability.
3. Support production engineers in machine integration, validation and error solving.
4. Support and ensure operators training.

5. Ensure MES system running smoothly.

Responsibilities  
- Part of the SMT production support team, you are in charge of the deployment of the group MES, Itac MES and the standards associated to it.
- You will ensure, qualify and validate the integration on the SMT line. The integration contains the machines qualification and the process validation (mixed mode, scrap management, MSL management, etc.). You will then learn and know how the MES communicates with the machines, how the machine communicates with the MES, how to handle most of the machines errors related to the MES. The SMT integration is standard across plants.
- Once the SMT line is ready, you will integrate the back-end machines and then every assembly line that is planned to be connected to the MES. Back-end and assembly lines will have standardized traceability features and not always their integration into the equipment. This will lead to local software developments approved by the group.
- You will be the MES leader and reference people for any production related item. You will work in collaborations with the IS leader of the MES for each and every server related item (account, station or server management, etc.) and application of IT rules.
- Proposals of improvements of the standards to the group leaders are deeply welcome.
- Communication is in local language with the plant and in English with every MES leaders of other plant running SMT lines. 
- Travels to learn, gain and share experience will happen few times per year.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in computer, network, electronics, communication preferred

2. Technical skills in areas such as system integration, database management

3. knowledge of Electronic/automotive manufacturing process flow, receiving to shipping (SMT, assembly, warehouse)

4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
