What You Will Do:

  • Develop, configure, and customize MS SharePoint applications to automate existing business processes

  • Develop new and maintain existing sites, content, and resources to include extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies

  • Design, develop, test, debug, and implement new scalable web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#

  • Work closely with end users and Business Process Improvement experts to define, validate, and document website and application requirements

  • Support Agile PM processes for planning and prioritizing development tasks

  • Provide monitoring and issue resolution to support the Help Desk Support Team

  • Interact directly with clients and the Guidehouse delivery team to ensure customer success, including training to staff and customers


What You Will Need:

  • Minimum THREE (3) years of extensive knowledge in implementing and introducing best practices for managing and administering SharePoint permissions across site collection

  • US Citizenship is contractually required for this role

  • Designs, develops, and customizes SharePoint Online solutions.

  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments

  • Experience designing, developing, and deploying business applications using custom SharePoint solutions or leveraging out-of-the-box features and functionalities

  • Experience building web forms and workflow solutions using PowerApps and Power Automate (M365 Suite of Products)

  • Core Technical Skills: SPD, HTML, C#, SQL, .Net, CSS, JQuery, Javascript, Rest API, PowerApps, Power BI, and/or Power Automate (formally known as Flow)

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of web parts, permissions, site collections, lists, libraries, apps, modern pages, custom search, managed metadata

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Microsoft Certifications

  • Experience with public sector clients 

  • Experience with Agile methodology

The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
