What you'll do:

This position will be tasked with design, model, implement, build, and support critical Fraud and AML solutions using Actimize and other platforms based on the strategic and regulatory needs of Western Alliance Bank.

What we are looking for:

  • Develop new, enhance, and maintain existing Fraud and AML solutions using Actimize.
  • Implement, configure, and test regulatory model changes and strategic architectural changes.
  • Implement built-in quality and compliance- by-design in all data solutions.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to gain a working understanding of business requirements and operational processes.
  • Actively participate in design discussions, deployment, and production support activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
  • 8+ years of experience as a software developer with 3+ years in Actimize development.
  • Strong experience RCM Designer, AIS Modeler, Server Monitor.
  • Expertise in implementing and supporting various Actimize solutions for IFM/SAM/CDD/WLF/CTR.
  • Knowledge of AML and Fraud regulations and processes.
  • Strong experience with SQL Server and T-SQL.
  • Experience with design tools as it relates to creating conceptual architecture diagrams and data flow diagrams such as Visio, Lucid chart.
  • Experience with .NET/Java/Python.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps/Jira/Git/ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge LexisNexis OFAC products.
  • Familiarity with ETL platforms is a plus.
  • Banking or financial services industry experience or other highly regulated industry experience.
  • Experience in Agile, and/or Scrum.
