Events Manager

Salary: $65,000 to $75,000. Depending on experience.
The Events Manager is responsible for the successful coordination and execution of events for both in-house groups and external clients. This role focuses on driving Banquet Food & Beverage revenue through the planning, selling, and servicing of meetings and social functions. Key responsibilities include menu customization, agenda development, contract review, and serving as the primary liaison between clients and hotel departments to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
Essential Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in event planning, catering sales, or conference services within a hotel, hospitality, or event venue environment.
Proven track record of managing a variety of events from inception to execution with a strong focus on client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Familiarity with hotel property management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills.
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event needs.
