1.    Meets all qualifications/requirements for Truss Builder 1, and 2 and can demonstrate proficiency of Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities of those roles.
2.    Truss Builder – Table
a.    Understands all measurements on plans.
i.    Heel height.
ii.    Heel to peak.
iii.    Overall height.
iv.    Overhang rake. 
b.    Identifies different trusses (Common, Gable, Hip, Girder, Lay Down, Jacks and Valleys etc.)  
c.    Understands how to set up the truss jig 
d.    Ensures quality of truss 
i.    Base line for straight
ii.    Pitch
iii.    Gaps 
3.    Plate size
a.    Trouble shoots truss build issues
b.    Knows how to build jack trusses  
c.    Makes major repairs to damaged trusses
d.    Cleanups as required for area
4.    Floor Truss Builder II
a.    Understands all floor truss measurements 
b.    Builds floor truss proficiently with little to no supervision  
c.    Understands how to measure and cut webs on chop saw   
d.    Understands why and how to make repairs to floor truss
e.    Cleanups as required for area
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
•    Knowledge of common building materials used in residential, multi-family and commercial construction
•    Knowledge of component manufacturing process used in residential, multi-family and commercial construction
•    Attention to detail, takes pride in quality of work
•    Efficient and able to complete assignments within a given deadline
•    Strong teamwork ethics
•    Communicates effectively with team members 
•    Must have qualified as a Truss Builder 2
