To achieve these goals, we are looking for a Director, Creative and Marketing Operations to bring vision and leadership to the creative process on the marketing team at Lyft. This person will help create and manage systems that help the creative, production, business affairs, and marketing program management teams work with greater efficiency and consistency, to support the overall goals of the marketing organization.
This role focuses on managing the workflows, resources, and tools needed to deliver high-quality creative assets, whether for marketing, advertising, design, or content production. They will also serve as the support of the marketing function, bridging strategy, technology, processes, and people to optimize performance and drive results. This role will work cross-functionally across Lyft’s Marketing org and other internal teams, as well as with external contractors and creative agencies.
The ideal candidate has been in a creative operations or resource management leadership role in-house or at an advertising agency, with a strong background in creative resource management, project management and cross-functional partnership.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
