你将做什么

• 拓展猪预混料业务市场，为饲料企业及规模化猪场/养殖合作社提供产品制服务及一站式解决方案
• 负责潜在客户开发，包括客户拜访、需求挖掘、商务谈判及客户关系维护
• 协同内外部技术团队，为客户提供专业支持，推动项目落地

我们寻找什么样的人
我们寻找一位具备扎实行业积累与商务能力的销售专家。你熟悉规模化猪场的运营逻辑，善于与决策层对话，并能将客户需求转化为可持续的合作关系。

此外，你还需要具备：

• 动物科学、兽医或相关专业本科及以上学历
• 三年以上预混料或饲料添加剂行业销售经验，具备优秀的商务谈判能力
• 拥有稳定的猪养殖行业大客户资源及人脉网络
• 熟悉广西、湖南湖北或苏浙皖区域市场者优先
