Work Flexibility: Field-based

As a Mako Product Specialist at Stryker, you will help transform orthopedic surgeries around the world and help us achieve our mission of making healthcare better. In this role, you’ll be a resident expert in everything concerning the Mako robot – our newest product used in robotic-arm assisted surgical procedures.

What you will do:

• Train surgeons on using the Mako robot to enhance surgical precision
• Provide expert support and assistance throughout the surgical process: pre-, during, and post-operation and make data-driven decisions during procedures
• Serve as a liaison to Stryker engineers, providing feedback for product enhancements
• Create detailed case reports to document surgical outcomes
• Resolve technical and product-related issues swiftly and effectively
• Manage and monitor inventory to ensure availability of necessary equipment
• Facilitate the procurement process by securing purchase orders
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to boost product utilization and account growth

What you need

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish

Travel Percentage: 70%
