Position Summary
1. Standardize capabilities required for back-end process operation to enhance customer experience. Examine the level of capabilities, establish KPIs and conduct improvement activities by country.Role and Responsibilities
1. [Business Process] Engage in process activities including designing sales process and optimizing operational organizations to attract customers and further, make a purchase.
2 [Back-end Process] Monitor the SCM/Inventory status to boost offline cusotomer satisfaction, minimize stock-out, organize standards for prices/promotions and analyze CS/Logistics status.
3. [Change Activity] Perform activities to analyze the business operation levels and improve KPIs by subsidiary.
