Role Purpose

This role provides data‑driven insight and performance transparency to support Universal Banking strategy execution. The focus is on analytics, dashboards, and executive‑level reporting, enabling the Chief of Staff and senior stakeholders to track progress, performance, and risks across strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting packs covering strategy execution, portfolio performance, and KPIs.
  • Support preparation of LT, QBR, and planning materials with clear, accurate data and insights.
  • Analyse trends, variances, and performance drivers; highlight risks, gaps, and emerging issues.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and alignment across sources (e.g. Smartsheet, financial inputs, operational metrics).
  • Respond to ad‑hoc analysis requests from the Chief of Staff and senior team members.

Experience & Skills

  • 3–6+ years’ experience in analytics, reporting, or performance management roles.
  • Strong Power BI, Excel, and data visualisation skills.
  • Ability to translate data into clear executive‑level insights.
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

Success in Role

  • Dashboards and reports are trusted, timely, and decision‑relevant.
  • Senior stakeholders have a clear view of performance without additional explanation.
  • Data supports action, not just reporting.
