Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, all while maintaining clear communication with team members and clients to foster a collaborative work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: • Create data models using SAP Datasphere (e.g., Dimension View, Cube View, Analytical View, SQL View). • Develop pipelines and data transformation logic. • Integrate SAP Datasphere with SAP S/4HANA and other data sources. • Configure replication flows, data flows. • Optimize data architecture for performance and scalability. • Work with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, and business analysts. • Participate in technical discussions and contribute to solution design. • Track system performance and propose optimization measures. • Analyze and resolve Datasphere-related incidents (connectivity, performance, authorization, data loading). • Document troubleshooting steps and create knowledge base articles. • Good to have - knowledge of data integration techniques using ABAP CDS, Cloud Connector. • Strong communication and documentation skills. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate project meetings to ensure alignment among team members and stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere. - Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement. - Experience with project management tools and methodologies. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey project updates and collaborate with diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
