The Job: Financial Contract Reporting & Administration (FCRA) is seeking an Analyst with the following qualities:

The Analyst, Stakeholder Management, will be responsible for ensuring high-quality data in our systems to facilitate both automated and manual processes across multiple teams. This role offers an opportunity to learn various aspects of the entertainment industry and to join a team committed to ongoing process improvement and individual development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Mitigate risk by prioritizing and executing system setups and updates in accordance with legal agreements, tax forms, and business needs, ensuring the full scope of system changes is appropriate and completed correctly.
  • Maintain and monitor the quality of large sets of complex data to facilitate automated processes and help other teams work efficiently.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify system issues and recommend process improvements that ensure our procedures and data are compliant, effective, and secure.
  • Correspond with external and internal stakeholders to provide guidance, answer questions, and troubleshoot statement/payment delivery issues as a subject matter expert for Stakeholder Management.
  • Assist in special projects, process documentation, and ad-hoc analysis/research as necessary, including stakeholder queries.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in database administration, business analysis, participations, or a related field.
  • Preferred experience managing complex datasets or databases.
  • Experience in participations and/or the entertainment industry is preferred.
  • Previous experience interacting with management across multiple organizational areas.
  • Experience presenting to various staff levels, leading meetings, and conducting training is a plus.
  • Preferred experience with system implementations and testing.
  • Experience in a large corporate environment preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment.
