Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Specialist ERP Platform Services, within the Supply Chain Technology Services team. The position is based in EMEA-Belgium.

 

Technology Services manages all IT infrastructure (architecture, engineering, deployment and support) for the Johnson & Johnson Family of companies world-wide.

 

The Senior Specialist ERP Platform Services is a seasoned SAP Basis and IT Manager professional, with strong experience in strategic direction-setting to define, capture and manage business platform requirements, connected to external trends.  

 

Responsibilities include:

 

·         Collaborate on the SAP landscape Consolidation strategy as SAP Basis technical architect for S/4 HANA Supply Chain Transformation

·         Install, configure, maintain and support multiple ERP landscapes and 3rd party tools

·         Steers & coaches both J&J as non-J&J Employees on various tasks (project & operations)

  • Be a champion of ERP Core Platform Services within the EMEA region while ensuring regional requirements are reflected in the global functionality roadmap

·         Serve an ERP domain specialist and focal point for architectural planning, assessment and frameworks including capacity tuning and performance management

·         Help program and project management in identifying key technical risks, prepare and lead technical mitigation plans

·         Establish and maintain effective relationships with key global Business partners. 

·         Work directly with Business partners/ Technology Product Owners/developers/SaaS vendors/architects to drive solutions to build stronger, more reliable applications

·         Interact with technologists around the world, building global and regional services and relationships with some of the most passionate, dedicated, and caring individuals in the world.

  • Embrace continuous improvement as culture within the team

  • Ensure close partnership with peer ERP IT Managers to ensure consistent messaging to global teams and connect externally (outside J&J) with peer IT Managers

  • Ensure Excellence in Compliance – GxP, SOX and Data Security

  • Lead the timely delivery of SOX reports, Internal controls and related artifacts

  • Manage internal and external (JDE & SAP) audit requests, gather evidence, organize documentation, and support audit teams throughout the process. Assist in audit planning, scoping, evidence collection, and status reporting; maintain clear, accessible audit records.
