As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project-related communications, coordinating efforts across various teams, and ensuring that the application solutions meet the intended requirements. The position demands a proactive approach to managing project timelines and resources while fostering collaboration among stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and best practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
