We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help develop and nurture leads for our Institutional Sales division. Based in Dallas, Texas, you’ll play a critical role in prospecting and generating leads, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for our institutional sales team to close high-value deals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential institutional leads through research, inbound/outbound calls, emails, social media, and trade show events. Some leads will come from attending and following up with prospects from these industry events.
  • Lead Nurturing: Engage with institutional prospects to understand their needs, qualify interest, and keep them engaged until they are ready to move forward. 
  • CRM Management: Accurately track and manage leads in our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date information and proper follow-ups.
  • Telegram Group Setup: Create and manage Telegram groups to facilitate communication between prospective clients and the institutional sales team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the institutional sales team to pass along high-quality leads for closing.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on the latest trends in the crypto trading and blockchain space to engage in meaningful conversations with institutional prospects.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, progress toward goals, and market insights.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Proven experience in lead generation and lead nurturing, preferably in financial services, fintech, or crypto markets.
  • Strong CRM management skills (Salesforce or similar).
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships and build rapport with clients and the internal team.
  • Familiarity with setting up and managing communication via Telegram.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn about the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Understanding of the cryptocurrency trading ecosystem is a plus but not required.

Pay Transparency Notice: At Blockchain.com, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For individuals performing work in the United States, the target annual salary for this position can range from $60,000 to $70,000, and your actual pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location, as well as internal equity and market data.

We also offer benefits that include medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, paid parental leave, flexible paid time off. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and full-time employees will receive equity as part of the compensation package.
