Position Description:
Delivers discreet analyses and research, contributing to the breakdown and synthesis of resolutions for business issues. Performs research in order to synthesize findings and develop practical, concrete recommendations. Identifies and defines new paths for the enterprise’s challenges and strategic opportunities, in consulting, strategy, and financial services industries. Conducts organizational studies and evaluations, designs systems and procedures, conducts work simplification and measurement studies, and prepares operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Plans study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.
Primary Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and one (1) year of experience as a Senior Consultant (or closely related occupation) building client relationships within a financial services environment using the Acknowledge, Respond, Pivot (ARP) communication strategy.
