JOB SPECIFIC TASKS
1. Prepare guest’s arrival information which receiving from Marketing Department.
2. Coordinate with transportation company to arrange appropriate car/van to pick up guests as per the requested date, time and other requirement.
3. Communicate with concerned individual or department as necessary to make sure that professional services are provided.
4. Professionally meet and greet arriving guests, make sure they are comfortable and satisfied.
5. Welcome and acknowledge guests with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible.
6. Provide assistance to individuals with disabilities, including assisting visually, hearing, or physically impaired individuals within guidelines.
7. Thank guests with genuine appreciation and provide a fond farewell.
8. Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests using brand or property specific process to resolve issues, delight, and build trust.
9. Anticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible.
10. Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
11. Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions/offerings.
12. Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
13. Escort arriving guests to taxi drivers, make sure about guest’s languages and party.
14. Be the company representative, follow the grooming standard, ensure uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
15. Provide necessary reports and share information to concerned departments.
16. Perform other duties as requested by management.
