Position Purpose: With the Superior Healthplan of Texas Finance team, you will compile and analyze financial information for the company. Lead various financial projects.

• Journal entry support for accruals. reports for presentation to senior management
• Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately
• Perform financial forecasting and loading the forecast into the finacial system
• Provide documentation in support of leadership meetings such as lag calls, board reports, and other highly visible forums
•  Experience with Excel: pivot tables, vlookup and linking spreadsheets together. 
• Prepare monthly and quarterly Management Reports and Comparisons of Competitor’s financial statements.
• Performs other adhoc duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Skills:

Time management, strong excel skills, access database skills, attention to detail, work independently, analytical skills.

Microsoft applications, One Stream financial system knowledge a plus, and problem-solving techniques.

Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year
