We are seeking a dynamic Partner Sales Manager to lead strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth across the Latin American market. This commissioned sales role offers the opportunity to work with major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), and Contract Manufacturers while representing Intel's cutting-edge semiconductor solutions. The successful candidate will develop go-to-market strategies, manage high-impact accounts, and build trusted advisor relationships that shape the technology landscape in the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Management

  • Manage comprehensive business plans for OEM, ODM, and CM partners across the LATAM region

  • Co-develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with key partners

  • Design and execute partner programs that create mutual value and drive market penetration

  • Lead partner recruitment strategy working closely with internal sales teams

Revenue Generation & Account Management

  • Coordinate co-selling initiatives between partners and Intel's sales organization

  • Develop detailed account plans with specific revenue targets and growth objectives

  • Co-sell with builder/partner sellers at uncovered accounts to maximize market share

  • Drive sell through revenue and increase premium product mix adoption

Relationship Building & Market Influence

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships within assigned partner accounts

  • Build cohesive customer technology solutions while positioning Intel as a thought leader

  • Influence external partner sales teams to maximize Intel-based SKU availability

  • Act as trusted advisor on alternative SKUs, competitive pricing, and product positioning

Market Analysis & Strategic Input

  • Analyze market trends, partner feedback, and customer insights to influence decision-making

  • Provide strategic input to internal Intel organizations and account team members

  • Monitor competitive landscape and recommend positioning strategies

  • Collaborate with country retailers, channels, and regional partner teams

Qualifications:

This position is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English.

  • 3+ year of experience in:

    • Sales and marketing within IT industry with proven account management experience and with track record of achieving sales and marketing goals.

    • Latam consumer/OEM/retail market knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in engineering, Business Management, Marketing or related field.

  • Fluent in Portuguese

  • 3+ years of:

    • Prior account management experience.

    • Co-marketing proven experience and strong execution record.

    • Familiar with current consumer PC platform offerings.

    • Intel product knowledge.

    • Experience working under pressure, with multiple projects, customers and end user segments at a time

    • Presentation skills.
