Responsibilities:
- Function effectively within a multi-disciplinary engineering project team and ensure delivery of a process solution that meets the required outcomes and budget.

Qualifications:
- 6-10 years experience in process engineering.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Bias for action; track record of driving parts of large scale transformations and/or implementation of high-impact initiatives.
- Well-versed in a range of problem solving approaches and capable of optimizing techniques to yield the best results.
- Knowledge of the financial service industry and technology organizations.
- Ability to travel a proportion of the time.
- Advanced English

Productivity (Consulting Strategic Review) VP ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Vice President (C13) – Consulting Engagement Strategic Review is a critical role in Citi’s Productivity organization.
Citi Productivity increases engagement, empowerment and innovation so Citi can compete more effectively in a world of relentless technological, behavioral, and societal change.
The Productivity organization creates solutions that ignite Citi's talent ecosystem, deploying digital tools and simplifying operating models and processes that transform our Business and Functions.
The Vice President will be a key member of the team, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the Firm while ensuring compliance with the expense management guidelines for procurement and third-party management. The role is highly visible globally with executive-level sponsorship. This role will also play an integral part in ensuring the processes of acquiring external services from various organizations adheres to Citi’s various policies and procedures.
The Vice President will operate within a relatively flat organization and work closely with senior leaders across the Firm while leading the day-to-day activities of expense management and related projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and operate strategic business operations with specific focus on consulting strategy reviews ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently with a limited level of direct supervision
- Analyze supplier spend analytics, operational/performance metrics, cost financial analytics, save tracking/reporting, forecasting, and commodity segmentation efforts
- Lead business processes independently and guide, instruct, manage, and execute strategic operations, including data intake, draft contracts review, approval obtainment, executed contract tracking, etc.
- Drive the development of optimization opportunities and communicate to project sponsors and senior stakeholders to motivate them to take action
- Provide assistance to sourcing teams and internal stakeholders from various businesses and functions with saves, spend, opportunity analytics and reporting
- Optimize and design business and operating models, streamline organization structures, analyze, simplify, re-design, and rationalize process models, and design governance and policy programs as it specifically relates to review of consulting engagements
- Manage engagement of key stakeholders and drive adoption of recommendations and solutions
- Coordinate with senior business leaders to align the procurement strategy to the business and organizational objectives
- Perform structured and ad-hoc business analytics and decision support for senior leaders through analyzing data and provide input to inform overall business strategy
- Liaise with sourcing team, legal, internal stakeholders to ensure all audit guidelines are met and adherence to Citi process and procedures are met
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Impeccable attention to details
- Prior experience in managing workstreams and small project teams in structuring, coordination, and management of activities in creation of project artifacts
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders
- Mastery in the use of PowerPoint for development of project presentations and deliverables
- Knowledge and experience in the financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree with high marks in an analytical field; Masters degree preferred
