You will be a key member of the cluster plant leadership team and manage the overall performance and financial integrity of Trostyanets Plant directly, and of the overall Ukrainian manufacturing cluster, including Vyshhorod.
You will provide the financial leadership with the complete costs overview, including full oversight of budgeting and monthly reporting, define and drive net productivity for the sites.
You will also be responsible for capital management, KPI's tracking and monitoring, in order to support cluster plant management in the decision making process.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Partner with Cluster and Plant management to provide critical financial perspective and insight for business strategies and decisions. You will also monitor and adjust execution of actions.
- Manage finance planning and performance management processes and related financial decisions including strategic plan and annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for two plants
- Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment in the manufacturing plant You will also ensure that policies are understood in the organization and that proper controls and compliance are in place
- Drive for harmonization, efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and build a mindset of continuous improvement

- BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and snacking market including Supply Chain/manufacturing dynamics. Relevant experience in a large regional (or global) corporation.
- LEADERSHIP SKILLS including proven business partnering, influencing and communication skills across a large regional or global, public company; experience working as a finance leader managing cross-functional and business partner teams to make decisions and drive results.
- TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management including analyzing, planning and reporting plants financial performance across all financial KPIs and strategy development, investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets.
- GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and ability to identify opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations.

What you need to know about this position:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Financial Manager who will be acting directly as plant controller of Trostyanets and as Ukrainian Cluster Controller which includes Vyshhorod. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity within the cluster and contributing to the necessary changes in processes. You will work closely with the management team and play an active role in improving financial and operational processes.
You will ensure flawless execution and monitoring of all financial processes related to the significant investment agenda in productivity and growth for the cluster.
The role is based in the main plant Trostyanets, where the Cluster Director is based.

- Ensure the financial integrity of the factories and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Analyze the financial situation and create transparency within the organization
- Challenge the status quo and actively contribute to changes in processes and systems, particularly in data management
- Collaborate with the Cluster and Plant Leadership Teams (PLT), playing an active role and providing strategic financial insights
- Support Section Controllers to help elevate the team to a higher level
- Provide hands-on support when needed and proactively think about solutions
- Work on the implementation of new systems and processes to achieve long-term structural improvements and growth
Job specific requirements:
- Senior experience and credibility: you have extensive experience in plant controlling and a proven track record in financial roles within manufacturing environments
- Vision and change management: you can not only challenge the status quo, but actively contribute to driving the strategic roadmap for the two sites
- Hands-on approach: you are willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into operational tasks when needed
- Autonomy and responsibility: you can work independently but also communicate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders within the factories
- Positive energy and willingness: you bring a positive, energetic attitude and are willing to grow with the team and implement changes
- Experience: proven experience in plant controlling is required
What you need to be successful:
- Solid finance supply chain experience, preferably with previous interactions with HQ
- University degree (major in Finance/ Economics); minimum 5 years experience in plant controlling
- Strong ability to interact with senior management and provide strategic perspective
- Well organized with excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in complex matrix environment across various teams in different locations
- Fluency in English
