We are seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Risk Management Support Analyst - IV to support a pivotal Defense Health Agency
(DHA) program within our Health Portfolio. This role serves as a Risk Management Senior Journeyman member of the Enterprise Information
Technology Services Integration team.

What You Will Do:

  • Provides development of project Risk Management Plan and the implementation of procedures that conforms to the requirements of the contract.
  • Provides an independent assessment of how the project's software and hardware development process is being implemented relative to the defined process and recommends methods to optimize the organization's process.
  • Responsible for all activities involving risk management and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation.
  • Oversees and participates in the development and implementation of procedures and test plans for managing risk in a system development environment for various IT projects.
  • Level IV performs more independent thinking, complex tasks with little to no supervision compared to a Level III and may supervise others.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelors Degree and EIGHT (8) years of progressive experience in the Risk Management field. Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree.
  • Strong collaboration skills at all organizational levels.
  • Multi-tasking abilities with a proven track record of meeting stringent deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and team player.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Ability to obtain a Tier 2 (T2) clearance.
  • Common Access Card (CAC) eligible

What Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Risk Management certification such as RIMS-Certified Risk Management Professional for Federal Government (RIMS-CRMPFED).
  • Experience in the DHA.
  • Masters Degree

The annual salary range for this position is $71,800.00-$107,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
