This role is crucial for developing and maintaining the software and tooling that empowers our machine learning team. By joining us, you will directly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our ML workflows. 
Your work will ensure our ML engineers can focus on their core tasks, accelerating innovation and improving our product offerings. You will help us scale our ML efforts, enabling us to run thousands of experiments daily and remain at the forefront of AI technology.

Our ML engineers concentrate on machine learning challenges, while the MLP team has developed a platform to enhance the ML codebase. This is where you come into play. As we rapidly expand, we expect thousands of different ML experiments to run daily on our infrastructure. So, to support these requirements, we need your guidance.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Build and maintain Python libraries and tools that streamline our ML workflows and boost overall productivity.
• Fine-tune ML training processes to squeeze maximum performance from our hardware and cloud resources.
• Develop and manage a robust model evaluation system that guarantees the effectiveness and reliability of our ML models.
• Take charge of deploying ML models to the cloud, providing other teams with seamless access, and continuously monitoring and optimizing performance.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• Keep our software up-to-date with the latest features of high-end computational hardware

You'll be successful in this role if you:

• At least four years of professional experience in software engineering
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Python and essential technologies such as Git, Docker, CI tools
• Experience with ML frameworks such as Tensorflow and PyTorch
• Experience with ML inference engines for serving models in production
• Experience with MLOps frameworks for automating ML model lifecycle
• Good command of English language skills (both written and spoken)
