General Description:

This role is responsible for performing all policy change requests from customers, participating in product testing and system development projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and identifying risks. Acts as a subject matter expert on POS functionality and insurance operations.

                                                                                                                                                           

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all transactions of Policy Service in compliance with guidelines and procedures effectively, accurately to meet the objectives of the Corporation and company goals.
  • Control quality, quantity, TAT and backlog
  • Coordinate with other departments to handle special cases and ad-hoc situation
  • Participate end-to-end testing of new products and system enhancements, ensuring testing quality and compliance with product specifications, terms, and conditions.
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios to identify potential risks and prevent issues before implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, IT, Operations) to ensure smooth product launches and timely resolution of incidents.
  • Ensure all reports, assigned projects, system enhancement are done completely, timely and accurately.
  • Perform any other tasks as required

                                                                                                                                                          

What We're Looking For

  • University degree in Insurance, Accounting, Finance & Banking, Business Administration, or Economics (Insurance specialization is a priority).
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in Policy Service or a relevant position.
  • Carefulness and trustworthiness.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
  • Logical analysis skills (preferable).
  • Adaptability to any training.
  • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and multi-task.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
