Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating the existing business environment to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This role requires gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these insights into comprehensive business solutions. The position also includes translating business objectives into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive the development and refinement of business models to support strategic initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business architecture principles and practices.

- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify improvement areas.
- Experience in translating business requirements into actionable technology solutions.

- Capability to guide and influence cross-functional teams during transformation initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analysis & Interpretation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
