We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer to take the lead in coordinating the daily operations of our maintenance teams. This is a technical specialist role where your expertise will directly impact our operational efficiency and equipment reliability.

What You Will Do:

• Daily Coordination: Guide and support the maintenance and tool room teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Preventive Maintenance: Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance activities in collaboration with production and suppliers. Track progress and validate completion.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze key maintenance metrics like downtime, uptime, and OEE to identify trends and opportunities.
• Problem Solving: Use Pareto and root cause analysis to address recurring issues and develop actionable improvement plans.
• TPM Development: Strengthen our Total Productive Maintenance system through regular inspections, interventions, training, and preventive strategies.
• Team Development: Build and maintain a capability matrix for the maintenance and tool room teams. Manage training and succession planning to ensure long-term team strength.

• Familiarity with TPM, OEE, and maintenance KPIs.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Passion for mentoring and developing technical teams.
• Comfort with maintenance management systems and digital tools.
