Summary: As a Service Management Lead, you will lead the delivery of programs, projects or managed services. You will coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable strategic agenda. You will be based in Pune and should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM). A 15 years full-time education is required for this position. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Coordinate the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services - Manage contracts and ensure effective shared service coordination - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Integration and Management (SIAM) - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Infrastructure Service Management - Strong understanding of service management principles and practices - Experience in managing service delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction - Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in service management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM) - This position is based in Pune - A 15 years full-time education is required
