Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams, driving process innovation, and ensuring the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.
You will join a collaborative and results-driven team focused on delivering operational excellence and maintaining Iron Mountain’s reputation as a global leader in information management.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams: Manage operational teams by setting clear targets, priorities, and performance standards while providing coaching and development plans to foster professional growth.
Drive Operational Efficiency and Innovation: Oversee project management and quality assurance processes, applying appropriate controls to budgets and resources while driving automation and process improvements across the department.
Manage Stakeholder Relations and Compliance: Act as the primary point of contact for clients to manage expectations and escalations, while ensuring strict adherence to data security, confidentiality, and organizational regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Bring

Extensive Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing teams, setting performance standards, and fostering a culture of accountability and development.
Expertise in Project and Operations Management: Strong knowledge of planning project resources, managing budgets, and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to analyze performance data.
Process Improvement Mindset: Proven ability in driving innovation, automation, and quality assurance within a complex operational environment.
Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to manage client expectations and ensure compliance with strict data security and industry-standard regulatory requirements.
