Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams, driving process innovation, and ensuring the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.

You will join a collaborative and results-driven team focused on delivering operational excellence and maintaining Iron Mountain’s reputation as a global leader in information management.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams: Manage operational teams by setting clear targets, priorities, and performance standards while providing coaching and development plans to foster professional growth.

• Drive Operational Efficiency and Innovation: Oversee project management and quality assurance processes, applying appropriate controls to budgets and resources while driving automation and process improvements across the department.

• Manage Stakeholder Relations and Compliance: Act as the primary point of contact for clients to manage expectations and escalations, while ensuring strict adherence to data security, confidentiality, and organizational regulatory requirements.

• Extensive Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing teams, setting performance standards, and fostering a culture of accountability and development.

• Expertise in Project and Operations Management: Strong knowledge of planning project resources, managing budgets, and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to analyze performance data.

• Process Improvement Mindset: Proven ability in driving innovation, automation, and quality assurance within a complex operational environment.
