Responsibilities:

  • Typically supervises 10-15 employees

  • Manage and assign work daily for staff. Monitor accuracy of work. Mentor/provide assistance to team.

  • Participate in annual review process.

  • Ensure all work is completed according to established policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Assist staff in adhering to work schedules and projects proceed according to plans/specifications.

  • Ensure accurate and timely calculation of sales commissions each cycle.

  • Approve calculations, adjustments, and exception handling.

  • Oversee the commission calendar and deliverables.

  • Auditing: Reviewing financial records and commission data to identify inaccuracies

  • Ensure all processes have been adequately validated.

  • Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Communicate policy changes, plan interpretations, and payouts clearly to stakeholders.

  • Partner cross‑functionally to resolve data or process issues.

  • Ensure data feeds (CRM, WD) are clean, complete, and reconciled.

  • Work with system admins to troubleshoot configuration or workflow issues.

  • Drive automation or system enhancements to simplify commission processes.

  • Review and validate monthly payout reports.

  • Ensure the Xactly Incent commission platform is kept up to date with latest developments in plan design, leavers, joiners, promotions and other changes affecting pay.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.

  • Implement best practices, SLAs, and standard operating procedures.

  • Create job aids, FAQs, and communication material for new plan launches.

  • Support onboarding of new analysts or new sales hires.

  • Support modelling or “what‑if” analysis for new plan designs.

  • Train sales teams and internal partners on compensation plans and tools.

  • Participate in business related meetings and follow up on discussion items related to area of responsibility.

  • Resolve day-to-day issues with support of Manager.

  • Represent department on cross-functional project teams.

  • Manage customer relationships; internal and external.

  • Prepare reports as requested.

  • Complete other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Min. 5 yrs. Experience w/ min 2 yrs supervisory or team lead role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills w/ attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated proficiency with PC software, inc. MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to work and meet deadlines in fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships w/ diverse customers and provide high-quality/responsive CS.
  • Ability to adapt to new environments, adjust to situations or demands, and function effectively w/ a min of loss of productivity
  • Ability to adapt to various communication methods, inc. telephone, in-person, email, video conferring, etc., and do so effectively.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
