Day-to-day, you will:

  • Lead the delivery of Coins ERP finance implementations, running workshops, gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting customers through go‑live and handover.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, managing senior stakeholders and acting as an escalation point for complex finance or process-related topics.
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of finance consultants, ensuring high delivery standards, knowledge sharing, and continuous development.
  • Drive continuous improvement across finance implementation practices, contributing to better processes, documentation, and customer outcomes.

Your skills and experience might also include:

  • Strong experience working with ERP systems in a finance-focused consulting or implementation role, ideally within Coins or similar construction / project-based ERP solutions.
  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes, including cost accounting, trial balance, financial reporting, and period close.
  • Proven leadership or mentoring experience, with the ability to balance hands-on delivery alongside team coordination and support.
  • Confident communicator, experienced in leading workshops, training users, and presenting to senior customer stakeholders.
