As a Registered Nurse you will work in partnership with a number of individuals and professionals to ensure the health & clinical needs and informed choices of residents are met, as part of a supportive, dedicated team at St Vincent’s Care Services Eltham.

Things that work for us:

• Nursing Registration with AHPRA is essential

• 2+ years’ nursing practice with residential aged care experience highly regarded

• Excellent leadership, customer service and communication skills
• Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
• Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan
• National Police Certificate; NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
